1. Welcome & Context
- Introduce attendees and restate that goal is partnership and performance improvement, not blame.
2. SLA & Business Impact
- Review 48-hour SLA (arrival → available for sale).
- Review current performance: average hours and SLA compliance %.
- Discuss business impact: congestion, D&D risk, lost sales.
3. Process & Metrics Review
- Walk through current-state receiving process.
- Review key metrics: yard dwell, receiving dwell, system lag.
4. Root Causes Discussion
- Discuss trends in the data and qualitative feedback from both sides.
- Confirm or adjust key root causes (inbound planning, receiving transactions, etc.).
5. Actions & Pilot Progress
- Review existing action items, owners, and due dates.
- Update statuses (Not Started / In Progress / Complete / Blocked).
- Agree on any new actions or changes.
6. Metrics, Ownership & Cadence
- Confirm which KPIs will be tracked weekly.
- Confirm reporting responsibilities and next meeting date.
7. Next Steps & Close
- Recap decisions and commitments.
- Confirm next meeting agenda focus.
